The Foundations of Open Source Intelligence presents students with the most effective methodologies used by cyber professionals and OSINT investigative personnel to locate and analyze information on the Internet. Geo-referencing- using text, imagery, language, and symbolism to visualize or pinpoint datasets
Personality Discovery – building a comprehensive picture of a person or group of interest.
Due Diligence- identify and visualize the network, attributes, and connections of organizations.
Document Research and Analysis- data collection and interpretation of media, publications, grey literature, breached and doxed data.
Object Location and Identification- ID attributes of objects unique to POIs, AOIs, or Organizations of Interest to provide detailed significance that aids in decision making.
Video Search and Evaluation- utilize granular details contained within a video to gain useful information about locations, POIs, activities, events, and content delivery to an audience.

Over ten days, participants will develop a mindset-first approach to conducting thorough and effective investigative research. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical assignments to ensure learners can confidently apply the principles and practices of online research in real-world scenarios.
Prerequisites | Successful Completion of the Foundations of Open-Source Research Course
