Michael Krupa is a strategic security and risk management leader serving as Director of Services at Hetherington Group, where he leads the delivery of high-impact intelligence, investigative, and protective solutions for corporate and institutional clients. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, aligning client needs with tailored service offerings, and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-stakes environments.

With a foundation in executive protection, behavioral threat assessment, and crisis response, Michael brings a practitioner’s perspective to enterprise risk management. He has extensive experience designing and implementing proactive strategies that safeguard people, assets, and reputations while enabling organizational resilience.

Prior to the Hetherington Group, Michael served in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Secret Service. This experience instilled in him the deep belief in mission and troop welfare and is the foundation of his leadership style.
