His approach integrates market intelligence, client behavior, and performance metrics to drive measurable, defensible outcomes.
Jason retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer Four after more than 24 years of service, specializing in operational leadership, intelligence analysis, and advanced technology environments. He brings a disciplined, mission-driven perspective to Hetherington Group, strengthening both its operational excellence and its role in developing the next generation of intelligence and investigative professionals.
