 With more than 32 years of leadership experience, Jason has guided organizations through growth, transformation, and acquisition by aligning strategy with execution. He brings deep expertise in data analytics, technology systems, product development, and workforce enablement, ensuring that services, tools, and training evolve in step with industry demands. His approach integrates market intelligence, client behavior, and performance metrics to drive measurable, defensible outcomes.

 Jason retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer Four after more than 24 years of service, specializing in operational leadership, intelligence analysis, and advanced technology environments. He brings a disciplined, mission-driven perspective to Hetherington Group, strengthening both its operational excellence and its role in developing the next generation of intelligence and investigative professionals.
