COURSE OVERVIEW
During this 4-week self-paced course, students will focus on different aspects of investigative due diligence. This intensive course focuses on applying the principles and practices of the CRAWL™ methodology to due diligence investigations. Participants will develop a mindset-first approach, initiating the client intake process and framing their investigations using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and the CRAWL™ method.
Learners will explore various types of due diligence investigations, including competitive, investigative, and intelligence-driven cases. The course will also cover strategic reasons for hiring consultants, essential preparatory steps for successful investigations, and prepping for different analytical report styles. Students will leave this course with the ability to apply critical thinking, analysis and report writing skills to in a business due diligence setting.
This course uses OSINT: The Authoritative Guide to Due Diligence as the foundation for the materials presented.
